Project is connected to extraordinarily successful concept ArtSchool Smižany. Existing school will triple its capacity due to enormous interest for studying there. During the first phase, the back ground was left for future potential development, but that time nobody believed it would be ever needed. Therefore, finishing of the building is a logical continuing of the first phase. By finishing the building, the art school will get to the next street where a new attractive promenade Brusník will be created. Project counts with two alternatives, so let’s see which alternative will be realized at the end.
