The architect's intention was to build a complex in harmony with the nature which resembling rock formations and karst character of the land. The design is spatially horizontal and adapted to the terrain. The wing comprising of the info-centre and the multifunctional hall – restaurant and public rest-rooms will be protuberant at the point of contact with the river. The premises intended for the use by environmentalists will be situated here as well. The accommodation part of the complex will be shaped horizontally, placed into the hillside and divided into two functionally separated parts. Structural layout in the form of side corridor ensures the eastern orientation of all hotel rooms with the view of the gulley. The terrain is accessible directly from the rooms. The object connecting the accommodation and the social part serves as the reception entrance etc. A recreational complex with an indoor atrium, fitness centre, pool and sauna is placed right behind the accommodation part. Supplies are delivered from the opposite direction by the road communication leading to the cemetery, alternatively from the river.
